Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure I can provide the highest level of service to every guest, I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the reserved services.
